Hi, leafo! How's it going?! The problem has been solved already... I contacted the support and they helped me out. It turned out it was just a bug which wasn't recognizing my purchase as linked to my account, even though it was the same e-mail address. They were very helpful and fixed it for me! I bought a game using an e-mail account. I can access the itch.io account but the purchase is not there... When I ask for the URL of the game to be sent to me, I'm able to obtain it, but I can't access it, because it says the link belongs to another account. So, because I was having trouble accessing my Itch.io account linked to this email, I tried to reset my password, it said the message: "don't know anyone with that email", which is weird, 'cause this one is the same e-mail address I've used before to access my account. It's been a while, so that might be it! Please, could you guys help me with this?!
tl;dr: I have access to my Itch.io account, I'm able to send the links and obtain the game's URL's, but can't access it, 'cause it says it belongs to another account. How come?!
