Greetings, Kruhl! I have good news. The game may work for you now. My father actually recently purchased the GTX 1060 and he ran into the same issue you were describing. How interesting. I still do not know what was causing issue for you and my father, however, I have made a few changes that worked for him and may work for you.
Here's what you'll want to do:
1. Download the latest version of the game, version 'Release 2024.11.08'.
2. Once you get into the game and press play, go into the settings menu and try toggling the new setting I added 'Look Smoothing' off.
3. You may want to also try toggling v-sync off if you still face the issue.
If you decide to try it out, let me know if this resolved the issue for you!

Hello! While researching zero-g movement mechanics for a game I am thinking about making, I found this prototype. I must say, this is the first time I have seen anyone make realistic zero g movement like this outside of VR games. I like the way you implemented the hand grabbing system rather than allowing the player to move around freely. I would love to see an expansion of this concept if you feel inspired one day :)
This is a tough situation, as I am not able to reproduce the issue and do not have access to your exact computer set up. But if you are willing to assist, I would love to know if the logs contain any error on your machine. They can be found here:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Manor Loop\logs
The easiest way to access this AppData folder is by opening your file explorer and typing %appdata% into the folder directory bar at the top and then pressing ENTER on your keyboard. This will open the AppData/Roaming folder. in there, simply go to Godot -> app_userdata -> Manor Loop -> logs.
If any logs contain information beyond the general engine and hardware info, feel free to send it my way.
All logs will contain this information by default:
Godot Engine v4.3.stable.mono.official.77dcf97d8 - https://godotengine.org Vulkan 1.3.289 - Forward+ - Using Device #0: NVIDIA - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Hi Kruhl, thank you so much for giving it a try.
I am so sorry you are facing this issue. That is really interesting. I've seen numerous other people play this game on different computers, but no one else has experienced this problem.
Did adjusting mouse sensitivity (either in game or in your computer settings) have any noticeable effect at all?
Hello! I have released my very first complete game, and I built it using Godot.

This is an anomaly game very inspired by Exit 8, Everloop, and Hotel Overloop, where the player is stuck in an endless corridor and they must look for anomalies.
There are over 30+ anomalies, so you will want to play it a few times to see all possible anomalies!
Let me know which anomaly was your favorite!
You can play it for free here:
