Vertical Collapse is very much still in development. Progress has been slow as of late due to some big changes in the team's personal lives (all good!!!), but we are still working as hard as we can, when we can. 

Stoked to be mentioned in the same sentence as Demons Crush as that was a huge inspiration while designing this game. :D

This is a Pico-8 game! To play it on your computer you'll need to purchase and download the Pico-8 fantasy console. 

If you visit the Lexaloffle website you can purchase Pico-8 and try a bunch of other games for the system as well!

We at LampLighter Studios had so much fun making Vertical Collapse for the B&W game jam that we decided to make it into a full game! We just released a demo version at the SAGE expo which yesterday. You can check it out here if you'd like :)

A pretty good story based arty atmospheric walking sim. It was interesting trying to work out the story bit by bit, and even by the end there's a lot of details missing, but it was still an engaging and memorable. Good job!

This game is great!! Love the style of the sprite art mixed with polygons. I will definitely be sinking my teeth into this one.
