I was curious, did you explore the idea of letting the player rotate the pieces? It seems like it could add a whole new layer of complexity. Great job on the submission!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the core mechanic. You're right, having a goal or progress tracker would be a great addition. In the end I ran out of time since this was my first time not only making a game but also using Pico-8.

My goal for this game jam was to get the core idea finished, and your comments confirm that I succeeded in that. I know the game needs more content but I'm really happy to hear that even in its current state, it makes you want to keep playing. That's a great sign.
