My submission to Big Mode 2026 game jam suddenly disappeared, and the jam admins let me know that I apparently removed my own submission. If I did, this was a mistake! Fully no idea how this happened- but I must’ve done it? I’m on Firefox if that is of any relevance. They said they can’t restore it from their side.

Is there any way the submission & page (ratings & comments) can be restored? There was around 70 odd ratings. Even if its just the ratings- it’d be a massive save! I haven’t altered any of the files either- still the original jam upload!

So mainly am asking has this happened to anyone and they got it successfully recovered? I have contacted support via a ticket (345509), and posted in the discord- but still waiting replies. I’m just freaking out!

Stunning opening and wow so much content for a game jam so insanely well done! Also got the freeze/crash others mentioned, but hey-ho its a jam- it happens! (my game has a bug too). Really well done, can totally see this getting made into a full thing!

Really liked the little tutorial scene you give to be able to take your time playing with the controls for a bit! I enjoyed the charging up to reflect projectiles, it felt really satisfying to hit. At first I thought I would’ve liked a ‘regular’ hit too for the stacked enemies like the eyeballs, but then discovered you can just charge through them so I was like ooooooo. I suck at these types of games though so died to the first monster boss like 20+ times XD

amazing you managed to include a tutorial! Pacing felt maybe a bit too quick, but added to the choaticness immediately and I liked it! Absolutely love the look of the lil guy (I approve of the mustache use on Mr.Boss ;)) The falling over noise had me dying and loved the voice effects/talking noise!

The death sound almost killed me irl XD Really boppy little soundtrack and the visuals are neat. Instant nostalgia vibes :D

Wow this is insanely good and really well polished! Could totally see it being made into a full game, and as others said gives me portal vibes. Only thing I’d say was I wish the ‘gloops’ from the gun lasted a bit longer (but thats because I suck at platform movement games XD). Love the aesthetic of it all and the extra detail of the speed meter shaking when u hit those phat numbers. I appreciate all those save points too!

what a fun wee game, crazy tough as I suck at bullet hell games but still fun! I do like the difficulty scaling. Movement felt super slick too ;)

real fun trying to get the high scores! Grinding all the ollies all day, everyday until I got the SLICK rank :D

accidental skydive XD  controls tricky but in a good way! loved the challenge when I got more used to it :D Little guy looks neat and love his lil animations too :)
