Hey, Charaplays I'd like to tell you that you should send the godot.log file from your game files they don't show sensitive information but they do help the actual developer, in the game open the game folder and go 1 directory down then go into logs.

Could you send the logs for the developer to fix it? They're in "%appdata%/YeahMaybe/TheChoicerVoicer/logs" (basically where you keep custom packs but back by 1 folder)

Seems safe for other people to download, I've checked the src.

itch.io doesn't provide your information to the developer the only thing they can see is your username, buy date (pretty sure) even itch.io themselves don't know your credit card info because it uses stripe for the payment. (If you bought the game with card)

It's clearly stated at the top of the page by itch.io itself that the game is only available on Linux and Windows. I don't think that itch.io will accept your refund request because of your stupidity you can still try and get a refund at: https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds

What are your specs? That might help the developer with the issue also please send godot.log from "%appdata%/YeahMaybe/ChoicerVoicer/logs"

At the top of the page.

Ehem, Modpack Guides > Dub Mode Packs,  Extras > Shae's Help > How to Customize

That's not the developer's problem is it? Save up.

That's why the mic test demo exists for you to test if the game launches and everything works before you buy it.

I'm not sure but you could try deleting everything in here "%appdata%/YeahMaybe/ChoicerVoicer\game" (Warning: This will delete all your saves, and mods (hosts, menus, judges, absolutely all data)

It's stated clearly at the top of the page that the game is only for Windows and Linux If you still need a refund you can read this: https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds

If you still need a refund you can head over to this page on itch.io: https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds

If you still require a refund you can head over to this page: https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds

If you really require a refund you can read this page: https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds

Is there any error?

Try on a different browser such as brave, google chrome, zen, or whatever else you'd like to use.

That's not the game's or itch.io's fault It's your browser's I'm not sure what you did but that shouldn't be happening.

That's why there's a mic test demo 🤦
