i just checked, and even if you delete the game, your save will still be the same after reinstalling, so updating it won't lose data <3

i'm not sure how to export RPG Maker game into android device yet, but maybe i'll figure it out sometime,, :,D

i haven't really thought that through.. but for android as long as you still have the app, then install the new update, you can update it and keep playing where you left off! for computer i'm not too sure, but it should still after being deleted and reinstall again if the persistent files are not touched, but i'll check it out when i can to make sure!

okay so
for windows, use window key and type "R" to open Run, put %appdata% , find RenPy file, find the game "Tantei [string of numbers]" and delete everything inside of it
i don't know what about Linux but the path for me is User/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/[GAME NAME]

there's another way if you go to %appdata% renpy and find the game title but i'll have to check it out to make sure when i get back home ^^

I think there's a file in the game file that's called "save" delete everything (esp "persistent") in it and it should restart your game ^^

I love writing the dynamic for Noreki and Mitsuki/MC a lot too 

(fun fact, Noreki's chocolate box was supposed to be him offering to share the chocolates with Mitsuki in the ending, but because the time gap when I made the sprite and when I actually wrote the game was kinda a lot apart i just forgot about the initial idea and made the MC eat two of it xD)

Yes, I did read the post! The games around this week is understandable. But what about the games I published months ago, https://milina-bryce.itch.io/my-valentine,  https://milina-bryce.itch.io/idontlikeyou,  and even more than that, still not indexed.

I have read the docs and I still have a question,

I've made several games, and published for a long time, there's even a game that's been there for years, yet it's never been indexed though I've read  done through everything from the index guide/doc, include spreading the word of my game manually on my social media pages and I tried to join jams so it'd get more attention.

But I still can't see my games when I search them on the browser, tag, or even my author name.

All of my games are free and I really want them to be seen more by people by getting indexed. Please help!

this is a no ending game! you're just supposed to check in on him like a tamagotchi whenever you can ^^ all the endings you can get are bad endings, which you can check out how it goes from this short i attached below.

But you'll learn a lore-ish plot once you get to around 100-200-ish affections if you make him make an impression of "yandere" over and over again.

A thing you can do is water his plant and check in on him everyday to gain affection faster until you unlock the options to do things with him (hug, pat, cook, etc)

HAVSJAV i already know about the cooking recipies one, i was just a little lazy to add content for it so i left it there, but i'll try to fix it as soon as possible, including the missing arm...

since this is a really-kinda-old game, my code is pretty messy so i have to dig through a lot to find it again!

yup! this is more of an AU where his darling (also known as Mitsuki) in other games died/they never met. And instead the MC is someone Tantei knew in high school but was never close with, and considers as enemies when they grow up. 

And you're correct! The MC of this game is Riawa, a doctor who also has her own darling in the original world. But I just wanted to explore the dynamic between Tantei and her further with this game :D

And Tantei would technically treats everyone like how he treats the MC too in normal circumstances.

and the month is supposed to be in numberics, sorry for not making that clear ^^

please don't save in this game, this is an auto-save game!!

i made a date with tantei when i was around 14 years old, so it's obviously far from perfect. And my mother language is not English either, there would be typos, grammar mistakes here and there.

I hope I got better in the other games I made, but I don't think I'm planning to rewrite or update "a date with tantei" anytime soon, especially, as you called it, it's messy and would need a lot of polishing if i ever revisit it.

 I made this game for my friends or people who had known tantei before mostly, so the game kinds of assumed you know the background lore and why he acts that way before playing it. Again, this was for my friends, so in most the parts so it really makes you feel like you've missed a lot before playing the game ^^

And finally, yes, this is the child of Kaede and Shuichi from DRV3, Tantei was originally made for a roleplay I had with my friends, and then because i liked him so much, I wanted to expand his character, as why there are so many games of him and contents on other platforms.

This is an oc x oc game! so the character has a name and her own gender, sadly ^^' But I'll add it in for future games I have, and update this page too.

gender isn't mentioned in the game! since this game is a player pov, tantei only talks to you and there are no other characters to even refer to you to even use your pronouns ^^

AHSGDH yeah! He's a gentle kind of yandere, in other games if you're his love interest, he would never hurt or raise his voice at you.
