Hello, creators!

We are looking for a passionate Comic Artist and a Writer to join us in creating an official webcomic series. This comic will serve as the foundation to build self-sustainability and expand the universe of our upcoming 2.5D philosophical adventure game, Hotel Admire.

馃挕 The World of Hotel Admire (AD-1844-10-15)

This is not just a hotel. It is a singularity where multiple dimensions and their distinct art styles forcefully overlap and pollute one another.

  • Visual Anomaly: There is no fixed art style. The space is a chaotic blend of 1960s-80s Americana, Gothic architecture, and Art Nouveau, tainted by dimensional interference.
  • The Sanctuary of Flaws: The hotel takes in the "flaws"—beings who deviated from the dominant ideology (or "art style") of their home dimensions.
  • Core Philosophy: Grounded in Nietzsche's Perspectivism. In this sea of overflowing information and clashing dimensions, only those who think for themselves without surrendering their ego can truly remain human.

馃摐 Comic Prologue Draft: "The Tapeworms and the Mayfly"

(Here is a sneak peek into the script you will be working with)

"Do you remember the world where only I lived? I loved, embraced, and conceived myself, only to be murdered by myself, buried six feet under in the sunny dirt. But that dirt soon became a concrete cage, drawing in three tapeworms. Thus, this is a record of the three bugs that will devour your flesh."

The Butterfly (Lumien), The Mantis, and The Bulldog Ant. Three patients locked in a miserable mental rehab facility, piercing each other's chests with daggers disguised as empathy.

And you? You are the Mayfly. Permitted a single day of sunlight for blind consumption, performing a meaningless dance with an empty stomach, only to crash into the dirt. Ecce Homo. Look at that magnificently fallen debris.

 Why Join Our Team?

We value our creators and offer a highly transparent profit-sharing structure to ensure this project is sustainable for everyone involved.

  • Minimum Guarantee: Even before sales occur, we provide a guaranteed base pay of $2~$3 USD (3,000 KRW) per completed slide/cut as a basic activity fee.
  • Profit Sharing (Equity): Upon generating revenue, it is transparently distributed: Main Artist (20%) and General Members/Writers (5~7% based on contribution).
  • Transparent Settlement: Settlements are done every 3 months. General members can be promoted to Main positions based on their contribution scores.

馃帹 Open Roles

  • Comic Artist: Someone who can visually interpret this chaotic, multi-dimensional dystopia and bring the script to life.
  • Writer / Co-Writer: Someone to refine the philosophical script, adjust the pacing for a comic format, and flesh out the dialogues.

How to Apply:

My name is Metamon. I want to ask you a question that lies at the heart of our project: "If a 'Fake Sun' drove thousands to their doom, how would you build the universe where that was possible?"

This isn't just a thought experiment; it's the core of our game, Hotel Admire. We are a team dreaming of something truly unique—a game where the rules themselves are constantly in flux. Our ambition is vast, and we are looking for passionate collaborators to join us in creating a world no one thought was possible.

The Project: Hotel Admire

We're crafting a 2.5D first-person game that blends management, adventure, and visual novel elements. Your canvas is the Hotel Admire, a supernatural nexus at the crossroads of the multiverse. As a staff member, you will manage paranormal anomalies, explore corrupted dimensions, negotiate with eccentric guests, and uncover the secret of the 'Fake Sun' that brought ruin to thousands.

Our Vision: The Beauty of Deliberate Dissonance

Hotel Admire is a philosophical adventure born from the clash of visuals, sounds, and ideas. We are transforming the very language of game development into the fabric of the game world.

A Canvas of Collision: Imagine 2D cel-animated characters in photorealistic hallways.Deconstructed Reality: The UI is a physical object. A bug is not an error, but a feature of the dimension you're in.Art as Existence: Every distinct art style is a living, breathing 'dimension' with its own rules. We Are Looking For...

We are inviting visionaries from all fields to collide with our world. While all roles are welcome, our immediate focus is on finding the key programmers who will build its foundation.

A Challenge for Programmers (Unity Engine)

Our project is being built in Unity, so we are seeking versatile programmers who are highly proficient in C# and C. The unique nature of our challenges requires a wide range of skills, and we need true collaborators, not just implementers, to help us solve these core questions:

How do we architect a system where the laws of physics and rendering shift in real-time?How do we transform the visual dissonance of 2D/3D into something that feels like breathtaking, intentional art?How do we design a framework where 'bugs' are not errors, but meaningful, unexpected gameplay events?

And More...

Artists (2D, 3D, etc.): If your work is "unconventional," you are who we're looking for.Writers & Voice Actors: To help bring our world and its eccentric characters to life.Who You ArePassion over Polish: Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.A True Collaborator: You are excited to be part of a team, sharing in both challenges and successes.A Friend: Ultimately, we want to build a great game with great people.Compensation and Philosophy

To be perfectly clear, this is a challenge born from passion—a quest to build our dream game, not a venture for a big payday. We want collaborators who are genuinely excited by the creative and technical ambition of this project.

Our foundation is a revenue-share model, ensuring that all profits are distributed fairly among the entire team. However, we also recognize that certain contributions require significant time and expertise. For this reason, there is potential for additional payment based on your contribution. This would be determined through a transparent discussion with our finance manager.

If this audacious journey resonates with you, and you want to help build a world that pushes the boundaries of what games can be, then I genuinely want to hear from you.
