Hi, I just filled out your Pretest form with the name as Olivia ( I answered that I am a 5 in games, and that I like Exploration, Survival & Horror games). I wish to play your game, but it isn't capable with my Mac OS because of the download being for Windows. Can you fix this?

Hi guys, I have recently purchased a bundle and the game within it is Wolf Quest. In order to make an account in the game I have to have a key, and the one that itch.io gave me for customer support isn't working. Not only that but a key isn't popping up on the download page neither! I am very confused and concerned because I kind of feel like the price of this bundle was too true to be. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
