sorry the site bugged so i commented this a few times..

The controls were a bit hard to understand at first, but once I got the hang of it I loved it :D. I kept playing even after the game was won because it was so tempting to complete all requirements

I like the idea, and it's pretty easy to understand, but I was confused by the screams at first. I thought it meant I got it wrong, and I wondered why.

I love the idea of sizing clothing with a washing machine xD

The only thing I missed was a few more customer variations, maybe even randomly generate ones. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it seemed to me as if the customers were just repeating in a circle.

I love the idea and the art of your submission, but it's just a little bit too bouncy. But I think with a few small adjustments this would be a really great game, so good job :D

I absolutely loved playing this game. Please think about expanding this game. I would love to play more :3

the only thing that bothered me (and that's really just a nitpick) was that it didn't automatically reset when the character died. But really great work!

We didn’t have enough time to add a tutorial, so here’s a quick summary:

You play as a student who forgot to study for today's test. Now, you need to craft a cheat sheet. To do that, you run around the school collecting materials, which you can drop by pressing [Q]. When you open the crafting menu by clicking the craft button, you’ll see a list of cheat sheets on the left-hand side. You can select these to preview the materials needed to craft them. All of them require at least a pen and paper. Once you have the necessary materials, simply click on them. You can then adjust the size of your cheat sheet using the large slider in the middle. Be careful which materials you use and how big you make your cheat sheet, as this will affect how difficult it is to cheat. After confirming your crafting, you will take the test and try to score as many points as possible.

I hope yall had a great jam.
Thanks to everyone who send me their game to play, there were so many cool games, I enjoyed playing all of them.
Even if you didn't rank high, I think everyone has done their best and that's what counts.

Edit: Also I think this was one of the biggest topics xD , so thank you :D

I hope we see us in the next WOWIE-GameJam
Bye :3

Did you upload your game twice? because I did rate one of them

I already rated yours :3

I've posted a comment :)

I enjoyed the game very much.
My only critic is that the bullet flies forever, so it's really easy to shoot somewhere and make thousands in a few seconds. I think it should have a time limit or something that prevents it from traveling indefinitely.

The music really fitted the style of the game.
I aso love the art.

Thank you very much :D

Thank you for the Feedback :3
I'm just adding my thoughts on your points here. You don't need to read it all if you don't want to.

  • too much text at the start:
    • I thought I bring a little bit of story into the game so there is a purpose to do what you do but maybe I should have put that separately from the tutorial
  • no AZERTY support:
    • Sorry, I really wasn't aware of that keyboard layout, but you could use the arrow keys maybe I should have mentioned that in the tutorial.. In my next project I'll include that layout.
  • not enough color for items:
    • Yeah, that was something I was aware of.. When I made the sprites for the objects and the background I didn't check if the visibility would be good and when I realized, I had too much else to do to get the game playable.
  • moving everything with the mouse would have been great:
    • Yea, that was something multiple people pointed out, I liked that I could give it the feeling that the player really hangs on ropes. I think I should have done all controls on the keyboard then and optional mouse support.
  • ladders are weird to climb:
    • That was the result of the fixes of multiple bugs they caused. But for the case you had, I think I should have made the collision box of the ladder smaller.

Thank you for all of that great feedback. And also thanks to anyone to read this all through.

wow, that's a completely different approach to the theme. This experience was simply beautiful.
That's definitely a 5/5
Thank you for such an awesome game.

Hey,
the same happened to the web version of my game, I was simply lucky that I had the windows version already uploaded.
This is my second Jam too xD.
Your game is really good by the way.

And as always, rated and commented :D

Wow, I really loved that game. A 5/5 for me. The visuals are great and the music super fitting.
It feels very polished and I didn't encounter any bugs.

Maybe I'll make a mobile game out of it. I can send you a link when it's finished but it could take some time because I currently don't have the time for it.
