Heyyy, I'm back with another round of feedback. Sorry if you're sick of hearing from me. I wanted to log a few more hours to really examine it, and here are my final thoughts on the current version:

- Hockey pucks stick around too long. I'll be moving along the side of the rink and then I'll randomly run into a hockey puck that got stuck and I'll lose a heart. I think they should despawn once they stop moving.

- The difficulty plateaus after a while. I think it happens somewhere between waves 20 and 25? It's easy enough to just leave one enemy alive and then keep grabbing the health pickups before the next batch of combatants joins the rink. At that point, it becomes less about how long you can keep playing for and more about how long you want to keep playing for. I'm not sure what exactly the fix for this would be. Maybe the next batch of enemies should be sent in if the player disengages for too long, or maybe it's as simple as spreading the skates a bit further out over the rink.

- Some of the collision could use a touch-up. The skater will fall through razor-thin gaps in the ice, but zambonis, hockey players, and sharks can have all four wheels/both skates/the entire sled off of the ice and not fall through.

- My pinky hurts. I'd like to be able to use either shift to dash, that way I could switch when I get tired. Right now only left shift seems to work.

- I don't think a full minimap is actually necessary. Adding any more HUD elements would feel too crowded. If I could press a key to zoom the camera out over the rink, that would be enough.

Again, This is a very nice concept. It's a charming premise with intuitive play. It just needs a little bit more polish.

As long as I have your ear, I think a combo bonus of some kind would be neat. Like if each enemy to fall in the same hole after the first gave you one additional point per enemy that fell in before it. So if you sank 3 enemies in the same hole you'd get +1 +2 +3 instead of +1 +1 +1

No problem! Another thing is that I connected my dualsense controller, and it works on the title and pause screens, but not during the actual gameplay

Have had lots of fun playing this, feels like a nice throwback to the days of cartoonnetwork flash. I do think that the puck launchers are a teensy bit busted, though. They have a tendency to just hide along the edges where you physically cannot get around to sink them. Maybe if there were some way of goading them away from the walls, or even just a mini map so you don't have to spend so long hunting them while they pelt you to death, they'd feel a bit more balanced?

Edit: with a bit more practice the puck launchers don't feel so bad anymore. Mostly just wish they weren't too tall to jump over.
