Nice fix with the bullet manager! I remember having some performance issues with bullet rendering sometimes, excited to play the latest 馃榿

Love the changes! They're drastic and definitely must have taken you a lot of work, but you're right that they're necessary for promoting the replayability.

Had a couple random thoughts below:

> Added new upgrade that lets player increase the RARITY TIER of a current upgrade

Oh baybeeee! Finally get to see full legendary rarity upgrades for powers 馃ぉ

> Added a new health system where hearts are divisible. Player can now take half heart and percentile of a heart鈥檚 worth of damage

Oh this is interesting, each heart can take a percentile of damage? I originally was thinking this is too complicated compared to just having a health bar, but I realize your power ups work better with hearts, so I think this should still work well.

To your point for *needing* new characters in roguelikes, I was just thinking of the gap you're trying to address of what I assume are runs not being unique enough. Ludologically a character in other games gives a feel of a significantly different run but requires more art, vs. if you only have one character, I think you still have per-run uniqueness in other ways, and if you want your player character to be more unique, you can build the personality of the character for the player to bond with them with story + quips and maybe through progressive upgrades. Just some thoughts around this, but I think you can be more flexible on your requirements.

Wow that rebalancing sounds crazy man! But it also does sound like it would greatly improve the game loop, glad you're getting the feedback and can't wait to play afterwards 馃槃
