The Flip animation feels good. But the window didn't maximize correctly in the web version and the balls would sometimes not collide with the sides and just fly off.

This is my favorite genre of games. Love the strategic card ordering, feels fresh. The dance theme is a great idea, i'm tired of dungeons. But my shield was super overpowered. The enemies barely broke through it. It's because the shield didn't reset between enemies or even rounds. On the other hand it made this play so satisfying

I like the minimalist graphics. And Snake is a great retro game, I also have a snake game in my game :D

think the probability of getting a yellow food was too low. I wanted and waited because without yellow, green doesn't do anything.

This is so so stylish, I wished the controls where better. I got stuck a lot or didn't quite get the balls to  be  where I wanted them to be.

wow that was really polished. A simple idea executed very well. But I do think I encountered bugs? Sometimes the bumping into things didn't do anything and the speech bubble where empty. I couldn't pick up cones or pick up food. I played the web version

Edit: Played again and now it was all smooth. Iwas sad it only had 3 levels

Might be one of my favorite concepts of all the games I played so far. I can see this becoming really fun. This small POC was barebones but really smooth. Only I couldn't play it with only my trackpad, I had to connect a real mouse which I don't love. My favorite photo was this glitchy fox or whatever this is, haha

I'm the Guardian of the World Tree. :D really nice game. I would have loved for the outcome of each choice not to be known. If I didn't know exactly how much popularity, greed of gold I was getting or losing the decisions would feel more impactful or risky.

Thank you for playing :) I'm afraid the game can only be restarted by refreshing the page. The music was a late addition and was supposed to sound vaguely late 90s, early 00s College Rock

The artwork is so good! And the descriptions of the mysterious items intrigued me as well. But I didn't know what I was doing. Is there a deduction element to identify the fake items before selling them? I just did whatever and hoped for the best outcome

I love this genre of games. I don't tire of them so I had fun playing

I've always wanted to make a grid-based strategy game myself. So I'm very interested in seeing other attempts. I wish I understood how to play. The controls are not really clear. And I didn't understand who I was supposed to attack.

thank you for playing :) The pause menu was my quick way to force people to read the controls :D That's probably why it felt...well forced.

For a game this cute it got really stressful real fast :D Well done!

So cool! Took me a few tries to figure out what to do. But once I know what I was doing it became pretty fun.

The jumping and running part was okay. But the idea about a decaying and glitching level is so cool. backrooms vibes.

I never managed to get the Drifter ending. I liked the gas station model and the snappy Ui

omg, I love the atmosphere of this game. The corporate hell music on the terminal was a great touch :D

When I dispensed the meat from the office the monster got me. But I will try and beat it.

Have you tried unpausing by clicking Esc or P or X? When you see the controls it shoudl work. Also it should work in the browser

Awesome idea! I lioe it good puzzle game. Was a good challenge but not unfair. The description text of the game page smells a bi AI generated to me. My mistake if I'm wrong.

I expected a jump scare at every moment, real creepy :D Not sure how to win this, though. I played the game and would see the old man from time to time.

I wish I could play this (no Windows PC). I went with a similar idea for my game

The first time I turned around and saw the Entity was pretty creepy. Well done. Slenderman vibes

Noooo :( for me it works in Chrome. And also Firefox, it just takes a while to load

The dialogue was so fun! And the matching songs for the devices. Great idea : D

doesn't make it better, imo. Not everyone will be able to do something in good taste in that short amount of time.  And I don't think these crimes need more light shone at them anyway

I hate the theme. I find it distasteful and sensationalist. I am a big horror fan but true crime is not entertainment

I love a good card game, and the sinister Joker concept is great. That said, I wish I had more agency when it came to the Joker consuming me. If I happened to collect the wrong cards, I was basically doomed. Maybe consider leaning more into Solitaire rules, like allowing movement over card stacks between slots? I liked that I could add cards in ascending and descending order.

I applaud you for a full game loop! Liked the upgrades. However, I don't know why I lost. I picked up all the cheese there is and gave it to the king. I ate some myself to stay alive. But when I went back to the bed it said "lose".

omg, this is amazing! Thank you

If you can't move anymore you probably either have already moved this round or your move speed is zero (which can happen with the tent item card). Hovering over your explorer card will show you your stats. But it could definitely be communicated better. Thanks for taking the time to play :)

thanks for playing :) I agree with the automatic card raw idea. And I'm thinking about allowing 3 actions of any type: Like draw 2 cards and move once. Or move twice and then attack.

I can't run this on my Mac, it's blocked. I did the workaround but the game does not expand with the window size so I couldn't read anything. Game looks interesting and I was looking forward to playing because I also did a card game for this jam with a similar title :D Wish there was a browser export.

you‘re fully armed guy killing animals on a jungle exploration. Sounds pretty bad to me :D

I had a placeholder AI background during development. But I didn’t get around to drawing a real one

Thank you for playing. You were playing a ranged weapon that can only attack ranged and not in melee range. So enemies in range 1 won‘t get attacked.  It’s not intuitive, and was maybe a bad idea, when I think about it

omg, how cool is the pixel art?!

The idea of switching forms is cool. I can imagine a full game where you have to switch to Alien form to get to humanly impossible places and switching to human form when you need to be unnoticed, like getting past a suspecting FBI agent.

haha, I love the tentacles and sound they make! hitting W to jump was a little counter intuitive for me. But this was a cool twist on jump and runs.

really cool puzzle game. Pretty tough, as well.

I find your pixel art really cute.

Thank you so much. This is valuable feedback. The explorer is a bald, white dude on a killing spree in the jungle (We're The Baddies), so I didn't want to incentivize killing even more, so it stays kind of a moral decision. But for a real game, this would be a must. I also planned on having a "Shop" where you could combine duplicate cards into a single, stronger one or sell duplicates for more valuable cards.
