A quick note is that although your model is CC0, the humanoid reference model by Emerald Eel technically requires a credit to his page, which I believe should also be in every project using this updated version. For my sake, I've included both credits to yours and to Eel's

Hello,

As I said in my first post, SoftLock3D was the first of many, and now here is the second of many: Hypervisor: Illusion. Much different to my previous game, this one is a point-and-click survival-thriller, similar to Five Nights at Freddy's, but with my own unique spin on things. You will find yourself juggling between progressing the game and keeping the monsters at bay. Eventually, the game will end, and with it, a mystery forgotten, or...

I have released my first game of many, SoftLock3D. It might be considered an action-puzzle game. Some elements are taken from the online game Evades.io, thus I have dubbed it an "evadelike". But instead of premade levels, it is 1000 procedural levels in a random or set seed. The art style is inspired by the nintendo64 and the playstation 1. The character design was inspired by the old game VectorMan. In the game there are a handful of secret mechanics which are vital to discover. Remember, for one, that you can jump, as jumping will make this game much easier (especially in the later levels). Locate an exit to the maze, and you will complete the game.

Most of the game was developed in Godot from scratch using my own assets. The songs are taken from my music project "Aftermath81" and everything else was created for the purpose of this game. I used Krita and Blender to create the environments and skyboxes. In addition to my own work, I've also used a few assets from Godot's asset library:  GDFXR, URSC, Controller Icons, and Kenney's prototype textures (although I don't think any of those are visible ingame).

If you find any game-breaking bugs, let me know and I will release a fixed version.
