Thanks alot!
We were originally going for full gamepad controls, which informed the twin-stick like keyboard control scheme. However, the gamepad centered focus got lost in the scope yet the control scheme stuck.

Hey everyone!
I noticed we’re not the only ones going for that PSX-style look.
To help our artist(s) review 3D models and textures as they’ll appear in-game, I put together a PSX Model Previewer, and I’m sharing it here in case it’s useful to anyone else.
🔹 Loads .glb/.gltf models directly from your hard drive
🔹 Supports most image formats for textures
🔹 Customizable UI with lighting, scene, and retro-style post effects
🔹 Runs in browser (WebGL) for quick use, or grab the Windows build for smoother performance

Feel free to use it for your own projects! :D
Feedback and feature requests are welcome too.
And on that note, if there are any low-poly 3D artists still looking for a team, we’d love to have you onboard with us!
We submitted our entry Silicone Dimensions! 🎉
It's Tetris, but...
Clearing four lines with a single piece causes dimension to temporarily merge, changing the gameplay up, while staying oddly familiar.
Our team set out with a clear goal: not just to make a fun falling block game, but to deliver a complete, polished package with custom art, music, and retro charm all included. We’re really happy with how it turned out and feel we hit that target.
If you’ve got a few minutes, we’d love for you to give it a try and let us know what you think: https://marcwerk.itch.io/silicone-dimensions
I know it’s late, but maybe there’s still someone out there.
We’re a small team of three, and while I can handle some art myself, having a dedicated artist would make a big difference.
You don’t need to be a master, just comfortable working with common 2D graphics software.
If you’re interested, we’d love to have you on board!
Hi, I’m Marc.
I’m a Unity developer with 15+ years of experience, 5+ professionally, and I’m comfortable with all parts of game development, from coding to art, 2D or 3D.
For this jam, I want to focus on developing my leadership and project management skills. I’m not looking for an established team but for individuals who are themselves searching for a team. Anyone is welcome, regardless of skill level.
If you’re interested in teaming up, let’s create something awesome together!
Available roles left (continually updated):
- Artist(s)
- Designer
While I can add that, this is just meant as a sample project to showcase the Sprite3D renderer in action.
Any actual implementation of controller support I would make would at best be on par with you just remapping your keyboard/mouse to a controller using a software like ReWasd or Joy2Key as I wouldn't implement features like soft-aim/auto-aim and the like.
