As for the VRAM being exhausted, it's very likely that your GPU has low video memory, but you can easily fix it by lowering the graphics, otherwise you might see blurry textures, it should be a message from the game engine. I'm very sorry for the incident and I wonder how it's possible, the only reasons could be, for example, did you accidentally extract some files outside the folder? Or deleted some files? Since extracting or deleting 1 file could damage and the game won't work anymore. Have you tried deleting the game and redownloading it? And have you checked to see if you were pressing CTRL and not another key? Or maybe your keyboard key isn't working properly. Let me know!
