Fun game, it was a bit hard to figure out what to do at first, but I got the hang of it after a few tries. I didn't see any controls in the tutorial, maybe I'm just that bad :P But that's my only feedback. I love the physics in the game tho! Good work!

Thanks for the feedback! :)

Strange that you had that issue. Nobody else seems to have encountered that, but thank you for the feedback! :)

Definitely needs more gameplay mechanics, but I can see the idea you were going for. Good work nonetheless! :)

Love it! I smashed as many red cars as I could! :P I figured out that the middle of the screen is the aim indication, so adding an aim indicator would help towards where the anvil drops. Other than that, really good job! :D

Cool game! :) A bit hard to play, but that's just me, haha :P Great work!

Loved the art style and the little animations! Gameplay was very fun and I enjoyed it until the very end! Great work! :)

I liked the level design and the anvil mechanic, but sadly I couldn't craft anything. Maybe I'm just too bad at the game, haha :P But I really enjoyed the chill music with the environment. Good work!

I agree with the comment below, it was a very fun gameplay mechanic and drove me crazy to get the left arm with the dash, haha! Good job! :)

Cool that it's done in python, but I couldn't understand what to do at first, so I lost at first. I then figured out that you had to destroy houses. A scoreboard would be cool to keep track of what your goal is. Good job! :)

Thank you for the feedback! :D

My space bar is about to stop working! :P Good job! Fun story!

I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do sadly.. I kept running around and finding numbers around the house and I know I have to input a code, but I couldn't figure it out. A tutorial or something along the lines would of helped :P But good job nonetheless!

Love the design and graphics! Good job at the game! :)

Very cool game idea! It's slightly hard to find all the objects as they're not that visible but I like that you implemented a way of dodging the women. Great job!

Was pretty hard to steer, especially if I got stuck heads on, but it was a fun lil game! Also, try to lower the volume for the user or make a volume slider where I can lower the sound.. :D Good job!

Merry Christmas!

Poop! Very fun game, love the art style and it gets harder and harder the longer you play. Love it!

Merry Christmas!

I always enjoy a little tower defense game! Was really fun to play around! Good job!

Merry Christmas!

Amazing work! I really loved the music and loved the gameplay! When the kids started storming in, I was afraid of what was going to happen next, haha! Great job!

Merry Christmas!

I liked the music, it was very pleasing! Bobbed my head around while playing it, haha!
The gameplay is nice and simple to understand. Got into it without checking the controls and understood what to do. Great job!

Merry Christmas!

Fun and challenging, good job!

Merry christmas!

Fun little game, had no idea which button was for what at first. Some indications would be nice. Otherwise it fit the theme nicely! Good job!

Delved into the game with hard mode and it was fun at first but got repetitive after. I also noticed I could just spam the coal button and 95% of the ones right. There was one situation where the little girl did all good things and I gave her a present but my points got deducted.

Good job at the game guys, merry christmas!

Bugs found:
Too many particle effects for snow, it blocks the view of the player a lot and too performance heavy, lags PC.
No audio in the game.
Spawn position is set after the text once you exit the vehicle.

Good job at the game!

Haha, amazing job on the game! The light system is pretty similar to the game we made. I love concept and the spooky environment! Good job!

Yeah, sorry about that! And thanks for playing! :)

Fun little game! At first I was like "why aren't the fishes giving me points for freeing them?", but then I realized that they help you clean the ocean as well! Cool concept! Good job!

Thank you for playing!

The art style was very nice and the grappling system worked like a charm! I did have a problem with getting past the turrets and them bugging out if they see me and then turning the other way to shoot. Definitely a challenging game and has potential! Good work!

(1 edit)

Thanks! Added some info on the submission for the rest to see. As for the jump.. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you.. Sorry for that.

 Thanks for playing!

The game was fun but I don't know if it was just me but I could only see the first player's magic and not the second one. I couldn't figure out where the collision was and who the sound "AH!" was coming from. Other than that, very nice work and good job!

Thanks!

Rated and commented back! :) Thank you!

Very chill and love the little melody in the background. The sword animation needs a bit of polishing, when I hit an enemy, it tends to miss completely even though I am near. Great job though! Keep 'em coming! :)

Thank you! I shall keep that in mind for my future projects!

Lovely art style, I especially love the idle animation when the cat goes back to sleep. It feels like a nice and cozy game!

Thanks for the feedback. The HP is your torch radius, probably should of added that in the info.

Really amazing puzzle game! Frustrating for some people (me xD) but the whole gameplay is very interesting. 1 thing I feel that this game is missing is a "pause" menu where you can actually go back to the checkpoint when you're stuck. Nonetheless, good job!

Hey y'all! As my very first game jam, I'd like to get some reviews and insights on my game. If you have the time, please do try it out and lemme know what you think of it. I'll be sure to do the same!

Interesting environment but the sudden change of speed from level 1 to level 2 feels wrong. I'm guessing you wanted to show the buildings and everything in level 1 before speeding it up but I would stick to one speed. The puzzles are fun and some are a bit challenging. Good job!
