honestly i like the look, it looks like thomas was alone. the art fits the gameplay well.  i am curious how you would make this mechanic into an entire metroidvania

I think you should remove the sliders and make it so clicking and dragging on an object changes its scale.

I like the minimalistic art style.

I recommend rotating the camera along so that the player is always in the middle. Sometimes it's hard to know where the direction key will move you since it's inverted when you're upside-down.

i beat the game without right click

good game

I like how you put a lot of secret rooms in your game. Not a lot of platformers made the ghost as a mechanic, very unique.

heres my game:

Cool game! I like how you used the recoil of the shotgun as a more in depth double jump mechanic.

I liked this game! I wish that you would make some adjustments so that the light didn't immediately move towards the mouse. I found that a good strategy was to flick my mouse around the whole screen and spot the specs of purple. Although doing this makes me desperate to find ghosts and makes me feel like I'm shaking, I don't think was your intended way of playing. To compensate, I think a good idea is to make the time to takes to make a ghost a little longer.

My highscore is 990! I suggest that you desaturate the bushes and make the gravestones more visible, since the bushes don't do anything but the gravestones act like a wall.

I wish there was an option to have the camera controls not inverted. It was really hard to get used to the inverted camera controls.  I think the delay in the camera movement was too high for me to get the grasp of the inverted camera controls.

When I tried to use WASD to move, I felt like it wasn't doing anything. A short and easy tutorial would be nice to teach me how to pilot the ship. I had no idea where I was supposed to go.

Other than that, you did a great job in making me feel like I was in a space ship in the middle of nowhere. I love the music.

The highest I got was wave 10. It's really fun to figure out what the optimal placement strategies are.

I have a few suggestions:

Make the next wave timer skippable

For each chess piece, maybe have a special ability? For example, if a pawn gets to the finish line, it transforms into a queen and has to move backwards to the end, which makes your turrets focus on the queen instead of other chess pieces.

Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for rating my game! The dog doesn't explode when it catches the grenade. Originally, I wanted to have the dog owner in the background and if the dog fetched the grenade, the grenade would explode on the owner. I scrapped that idea because it didn't improve the game other than being funny.

This was exactly the font I needed! I used it in my game fetch

Ocean dusk is such a calming song! I used it in my game fetch. Thanks for the music.
