For me the game just says cr1 is busted regardless if it is any one of them. 1/2/3 all display as cr1 by the global alarm. Red targeter is CR1, green is CR2, Blue CR3. Which one of them won’t move on the signal finder screen is your culprit.

Actually you don’t. The fuses are just fail safe mana, if the tower is busted, I think you should be able to fix it even without a fuse. I bought one just in case.

Hi guys I think I figured it out ! :D

So, like TheRatLiker pointed out there is a cr.health command on the console, I had missed this entirely. CR1 (comms radar tower #1) was broken. Health was 0, so I ran over, checked it. You gotta play a minigame with red and green lights, then turn the lever when all lights are green and this is how you turn it back on.

The health levels, as far as I know, are determined by how many fuses you have in the fusebox of said tower, if I understood correctly. You have to play the minigame, simply inserting new fuses won't do it.

I'm having the same issue,  either I am dumb or its a game breaking bug.  Experienced it on 2 different saves and got gimped cuz of it both times, no clue what to do. Anyone have a solution?
