Thanks for the support and your comments.
I’ll take my time reading through all the points you mentioned.
It would be interesting to do a poll someday to find out where the players are from... maybe even to create a special character for them.
The translation part is more complicated because of the way the game is developed—there isn’t a separate text file, and the dialogues are “embedded” in the code. But maybe I’ll find a way to make that easier.
There’s still a lot to improve in the game, really… the computer has the potential to do much more. Just like the MaskedStuds website
The image album serves more as a record of each character’s story and their progress. For the player, it’s a way to look back and remember how the “hunt” went. I’m not exactly sure what I could do to make it more appealing without overcomplicating things and without losing too much focus on the stories that still need to be written, but any suggestions are welcome.
Isaiah is one of the early characters, from back when I was still learning how to work with the code and the game. So there’s definitely room for improvement, but I’m not sure to what extent players want new stories with new characters or extra scenes with existing characters. Maybe I’ll do a poll one day to ask.
In any case, I’m counting on your help by commenting and playing!
