Hey, deleting Save.sav inside %localappdata%/BuildASnowman/Saved/SaveGames should do the trick. Deleting the entire BuildASnowman folder works too.

Are you sure the ball is big enough? A subtitle is shown once it's the right size. If it was, did you leave the big ball near the middle? If you didn't, there's another subtitle hinting to go closer to the middle.

Just checked and all the interactions work as intended. Stacking is done by rolling the small ball into the big ball btw.

If you are on windows, your GPU must support DirectX 11 or 12 to run this. If your GPU does support them, you could try updating your graphics drivers. You could also try installing the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables. Other than that, I have no clue, fatal error could mean literally anything.

I was waiting for a bus when it was dark outside and thought - this could be a game; and then I added the menacing man because it would've been way too uneventful otherwise.

What is your processor and graphics card? The only thing I can imagine causing this error is a GPU that doesn't support DX11 or DX12.

Are you using Windows or Mac? First thing you could try is updating your graphics drivers, they sometimes cause this.

If 'Windows protected your PC' is preventing you from launching the game, you can press 'More info' and a 'Run anyway' button will appear.

It's just low-poly with PSX-esque textures, but without imitating its technical limitations.
