Have you tried to use Proton-GE? I use GE-Proton9-27 and it works (mostly) fine. (Though I needed to set all settings in-game to lowest possible to get through the initial cutscenes.)

Same for me on Linux (using GE-Proton9-27). Did fix itself after setting all settings to lowest possible and restarting. After the initial cutscene it seems to work again with higher settings.

Start screen music is really loud.. ouch...
And how can I create my account to login?

Just check the option "Debug > Devtool" in the main window, then it will open the dev-console.
