I've read the guide but I'm still not clear on this. I want to achieve the following:

• Ask Emma to go to the farm
• Arrest Mario
• Love Anna's route

I continued playing until I lied to Mario about helping him seduce Emma. Then, the following week, I went to the sauna, had sex with Emma, and when it came time to make a choice, I only saw the options "Share Emma" and "There's more to life." 

Could it be that the "Don't share" option isn't appearing because I visited the sauna two times before lying to Mario?

I did lie to Mario about seducing Emma, but do the three times in the sauna have to be once a week? Because when I had to make a decision with Emma (with the black bars on the screen), no "Share" option appeared, only a "Continue" option (I don't remember the dialogue).
