Haha I know! Read many sources, and they all suggested pulling your head down for sole development was a bad idea, so had to make some time for some other aspects of the project. And I'm glad you like the hair, I honestly think all improved sprites have interesting hair color combination! Thank you for sticking around, you'll surely see release of demo 1.1 in Sep soon 😎

Hey! Thank you for the specifics! I appreciate the care demonstrated in your post. As for future game development, I'll continue posting under this thread, so just sneak a peak if interested! As for your exchange request, I've posted a comment (hopefully can be considered as a stunning review) in your thread, hope this helps!
Hey! Thank you for reviewing my demo. Just by reading your comment, I can tell you've put into thoughts and care during the reviewing process. Thanks for answering all my guiding questions, as those are the areas I'd like to leave a quick check mark on before anything else. That is to say, your care towards what you are doing is a gold mine itself!
Regarding your feedback, it's fantastic that you lay out specifics regarding your player experience. For example, you mentioned color gave you a vibe of 'oil painting', which was not something I actively thought of during development. Previously, my focus was getting things done in X amount of time, and many things were decided on the spot. Thus, it's like a fresh air to me as I wasn't even sure what exactly can be considered as specific strengths of the game lol
You suggestion for improvement is pretty spot-on. It's in line with some of the other feedback I got, mainly the essence is to 'show' what happens, instead of having some summary line with time skips. It's reassuring to have your feedback as another piece of evidence to direct improvement direction for demo 2.0. Further, I find your pacing comment interesting, since it's slightly in deviance of my other feedback. Again, this adds value, because this means I can perhaps consider this as one of the key questions to find out in survey or have some dedicated case studies to understand this element.
Overall, appreciate your time and care! Best of luck for reaching your own goals!

Feedback inquiry
Looking for feedback from fellow visual novel (VN) lovers! Here are some guiding questions for interested playtesters.
Some broad questions
- Is the store page intrigue?
- Is the demo intrigue?
Some more 'narrowed' questions
- Do you have a clear sense of main game concepts after viewing the store page/playing demo?
- Do you like character interactions shown in demo?
- Do you like narrative structure & pacing of the story?
- Any suggestions for improvement?
Feedback exchange
I mainly play stats raisers, management games, visual novels, making me a suitable playtesters for those genres. Share your link in the comment if interested. Please let me know if you'd like me to look into specific aspects, I'll be sure to write you an informative review. Please check out devlog of my game if you'd like to get a sense of my writing.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment and sticking around the post until the end ( I know it's long, but I indeed have a lot to share haha)! It's really nice to directly hear players like you, no matter what your background is! As for marketing, I do think I need to strategically reach out to press or people with an existing audience, which will become the focus after I complete store page work on steam in Aug. And of course, I'll update the polished itch store when the time comes. As for demo improvement plan, I think it makes more sense for you to try out demo 2.0 when both new sprites & contents are added. It's great that you have expressed interest here, since I can just note your contact down and reach out to you when I start the playtest!
Glad to see you around here as well! Have a wonderful day, and hope to see you soon in any future updates(i.e. store update, Aug update, etc)!
