Heya! I added you, I'm super busy with real life so I only  just got to this!

Hm, how long is short term if I may ask?  I'll have an add when I get off of work later tonight.

Hello there! UI is admittedly not my speciality but, if you can let me know the scope of what needs to be done let me know. I tend to be more fixated on UX. I'm definitely a fan of the genre though, especially with grappling hook style games.

Hello friends! I'm studying UX Design but of course, I would love to work in the games industry. I've played games for a good decade. I would love to work for free under the stipulation that I'm allowed to post your project as a portfolio piece.

A lot of gaming companies are starting to realize UX is an important thing because they don't want to frustrate the user and lead to lower player retention. In addition, it helps put good practices (i.e not having an overwhelming amount of menu buttons or having stats be hidden under a vague icon) into games. There's a lot more, and I'm down to talk with you about it in your project.

What I can do:

  • Identifying UX Issues. (Broken buttons, unclear wording, ect.)
  • Identifying user pain points.
  • Usability Testing and analysis.
  • Improving a process (Trying to make the onboarding/tutorial process faster and easier to understand.)
  • Validating if a feature is needed/wanted in game.
  • Heuristic analysis.
  • Wireframing (I can do UI but I promise you it's nothing special. I'll be happy to show you regardless.)

Games I'm very familiar in:

  • First Person Shooter
  • Third Person Shooters
  • Fighting Games
  • Platformers
  • MMORPGs (Maplestory ect. Not so much sandbox like ArcheAge)
  • RPGs
  • MOBAs
  • Visual Novels

Anything else not listed, I might be a bit slow but still willing to take on. For example, I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to do UX Design for a horror-esque game since it relies primarily on storytelling rather than complex mechanics.

Thank you so much!!
