I'm not subject to Backup Withholding Tax (BWHT), so I do not select that box on the "Status" page. But when I get to the "Sign & Submit" page, it is requiring me to certify, under penalty of perjury, that I'm subject to BWHT. I cannot sign and submit the form without checking that box. I click on the "previous" button twice to review the "Status" page, and the BWHT box is selected. I unselect it, but when I return to the page it's selected again. Is there any way to deactivate that box so I can complete the form and submit it?
