Loved the constantly changing wagons and the cards being the train, but how do you determine where are the trouble makers? is it just up to the dm?

The dying mechanic is really unique and I liked how the players still get one last action

I am happy you liked, they are a stress level if you stay too long in the dark the character passes out we got out of time and things got kinda unfinished
