It's not even the only game that the creator did with the same behaviour.
They usually do that when there are more that one girl that have sex with a boy putting the gay term as an umbrella term.
But it's still wrong since lesbians don't like dick and gives a bad image of LGBTQ community, portraiting a Straight male kink that is actually unreal and gives a wrong rappresentation of the term.
It's a "soft discrimination" use of the term and i feel like this is wrong since the LGBT community is poorly rappresented in the videogame world and the moment they are inside a game (adult content or not) it's  wrongly made.

You are right, this creator made more games with the same problem, and yes this is discrimination.
The fact that two girls make love with a man doesn't mean that they are lesbians, it's like saying that lesbians like dick... basically a straight guy kink that revolves around a stereotype.
This reduces the sex world to a straight males-only world and gives a wrong image of LGBTQ community.

Am i the only one who didn't find the bisexual content?
