A 17th-century fairy tale collection that inspired the Brothers Grimm—now playable with Terraria-like exploration gameplay (free TestFlight)
I built a small narrative adventure game based on Giambattista Basile’s Lo cunto de li cunti (1634), one of the earliest European fairy tale collections and a major source for stories later popularized by the Brothers Grimm and Perrault.
The game turns these stories into an interactive experience with Terraria-like exploration gameplay, light puzzles, and modern English text, while trying to preserve the strange, dark, and playful tone of the original tales.
I’m now looking for 20–50 iPhone beta testers before release.

What I need feedback on:
- Does the Terraria-like exploration feel intuitive on mobile?
- Is the story understandable without context?
- Do the puzzles feel balanced or frustrating?
- Bugs / performance on your device
Completely free, no signup beyond TestFlight.
Would especially love feedback from people interested in indie games, folklore, or narrative adventures.
