Hello! Thought I'd give a post here a go, just to see how things go. If it flops, then whatever! At least I tried!
So; I've made a game! Who woulda guessed?
Well, part of one anyway. And I'm looking for people to try the Alpha out, for free! What a steal! You're kinda robbing me! STOP!!
The game's name is Gauntleteer; it's an action/adventure RPG inspired by the likes of Mario & Luigi, with intense Cuphead-like shmup- combat. It's designed to be difficult but fair, once again like Cuphead!
You play as a character named Kirborbie who mysteriously appeared in a forest in the country of Aurelia... how mysterious!
It's designed to be playable from the browser, straight from Itch. No download, no hassle!
However, you will need a keyboard & mouse for playing... But controller support is being worked on and is largely implemented...! (Read the page itself for more info)
It's got around ~2.5 hours worth of content at the moment!
If anyone would like to give it a try, that'd be great! I'm looking for feedback from a broader audience!
