First question for players? 
Personally, I liked German and England with they're humor, but I do not like rain so much no more and I am waiting the call from Spain. :)

Don't know how to start, so: I think this is more than mini game and you can have whole career in this game! I really tried hard!

Description:

You're the linesman. Run the touchline, stay in line with the second-last defender and make the call: raise the flag, or let play go on. Then VAR replays it and shows how right you were, to the (centi)metre.

Start a career in England, Spain or Germany, pick one of eight referees and climb four leagues, season by season, ranked against eleven colleagues. A good season takes you up, a bad match can send you down. Clubs wear their real colours under made-up names, every match has its date and weather, and the home fans have an opinion on every flag. Earn a salary, get invited to referee continental nights, and maybe get offered a move abroad.

One click to play: Quick play starts a career and kicks off straight away.

Controls

• Run along the touchline: ← / → (phone: hold ◀ / ▶)
• Look around: W A S D or the mouse (phone: drag on the right)
• Raise the flag: Space, Enter or F (phone: FLAG)
• Switch view (behind / eyes): V (phone: the eye button)
• Pause: Esc (phone: ❚❚)
