My apologies for getting to this so late, I think they re-addressed this in the setup, but I'll futz with it. Can you re-create the error for me?

Hit the plus, to add a source, select 'game capture', then name it 'veadotube mini'. Then you right click and go into properties (if it doesnt auto open) and check 'allow transparency' and hit ok.

If it doesnt show up transparent, hit the waffle looking icon on Veadotube until it says '(transparent)' and the background is grey/ Hope this helps!

A friend is having trouble after putting the baby to bed, as it freezes on 'give bottle to baby' in much larger letters in the top left of the screen. We've re-downloaded several times to no avail. Tips?
