Flirting should work, but there just aren’t any interactions with her yet, those will be added in the next patches, but if you raise her affection by flirting, you can undress her in her Guild Card. ;)

Yeah, but it’s still work in progress / a beta translation. You can find the language settings in the game’s options.

We are in four weeks early access, if you want to play for free you'll need to wait a bit.

That should work, but please note that there may be bugs with the quest hints. Therefore, we recommend creating a new save
