Yeah he just says come back later. Am I supposed to come at a certain time, or is my game bugged?

Running into an issue with main quest 5. When I try to talk to Cordelia she just repeats the dialogue about the data pad, and when I try to talk to the governor it tells me to talk to her. I tried doing the church and talked to the sister of battle and ended up taking the heretic route, and now there's nobody to talk to. Is there a guide somewhere or a reddit thread someone might have made to help progress? The quest descriptions don't really give any information. Someone below told someone with a similar issue to talk to the bartender, but he just says come back later.

The constant ellipses and pauses are maddening. Either let me click to make the whole message appear or let me adjust the text scrawl so I can read at my own speed instead of the stilted pace.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but how do you use the stimulant while tending bar?

It's mostly my own OCD, but its weird that the gin and vermouth don't equal out when they're both perfect.
