Yeah capture them and get Inej pregnant. You will know when you try to visit them and it says they'll need time to rest or smth like that. Then when your asked if you wanna make them your main consort, you can do so.

For Maëlys, as far I know theres no way to bring her back unless you ask Malice once your in the palace but that would just make her lifeless and more like a empty doll. So one the "good" route you gotta reject her and later in the Palace keep visiting her attending the court, she will ask to be your Huntress. I personally see it as the best path for her.
