Thanks for your comment! I completely agree that the game needs more juice, but unfortunately we weren't able to add it before the deadline. I'm glad you liked it though.

Thanks so much for your comment! To play optimally, you have to pay attention not only to the timing, but also on the monsters you hit. If you want to deal maximum damage, you have to use damage monsters. The slime always gives 30% at level one, so it's the safest bet, The ogre, goblin and minotaur are all RNG, although you can upgrade the chances. The rats do not give you damage, they give you shield instead, so hitting rats is the most useful when you're low on health. The amount of shield also varies with their level, so if you're really low on health and there's a LV 3 rat in the field, you should think of a line up that will hit it and the elite enemies at the same time so that you can tank the next turn. We weren't able to properly explain these aspects of combat in game, so I understand if it wasn't clear to you. Thanks for your feedback though.

Really fun! I've always wanted to play a game that reminds me of Beyblade, and yours definitely did. It brought back memories of playing the PS1 game, which made it even more enjoyable. Congratulations!

Simple and fun. The sound effects are good too, and everything feels just right. Congratulations!

The art and sound are both really good. The game is a lot of fun, even though it's fairly short. I can definitely see the idea being expanded if you decide to keep developing it. It's a really well thought out concept. Congratulations!

The puzzles are really challenging and well thought out. The idea is very creative for this game jam, and I think it has a lot of potential if you decide to keep expanding it. Everything fits together really well. Congratulations!

🐎nice game brother

The idea is very creative. It even reminded me a bit of our own game. I really enjoyed the puzzles they were very well designed. really fun Congratulations on the game!

Thanks for your comment! I'm happy you had fun

Funny concept. It's simple gameplay wise, but it's fun which is important. Good job and congratulations on your submission!

I really liked the art and esoteric vibe it has, 5 stars for me. The gameplay is a bit simple, but it fits the theme well. Good job!

Thanks for your comment! I'm glad you had fun.

The graphics are nice but I don't feel like I quite understand what is the point of changing the spinning direction. I left the game without playing and it looked like I wouldn't lose. The ideia is creative, it just needs to be communicated better. Good job nontheless!

Thanks for your feedback. We're not professionals and we are learning as we go, so our art can always improve. But thanks again for your comment.

Thanks a lot for your comment! I appreciate it.

It's a simple mechanic, but the game is very well polished and the graphics are very pleasing. Good job!

It's a creative mechanic, but it was a little bit difficult for me to predict how the planet spinning was going to affect the trajectory. Apart from that, it's a creative use of the theme and the graphics are well done. Good job!

This game is incredible, especially considering how little time it was made in. It's very polished and well thought out. I really liked the freedom to build your character however you want before each battle. That makes the gameplay even more fun and rewarding. It's truly an amazing game. Congratulations!

The graphics and animations are beautiful, and the gameplay mechanic is really fun. I did have a little trouble because the movement sometimes felt a bit too slippery when switching directions, but it didn't take away from the fun at all. It's just a small piece of feedback. I really enjoyed the game. Congratulations!

The game is really fun and creative. The graphics look great, and the movement is a lot of fun. Sometimes I got moving so fast that I completely lost control and started crashing into everything, which honestly made it even more fun. Great job!

Thanks for your comment. We could have better controls, and those wouldn't be the final ones, but by the end of the jam we forgot to change it so they stayed in the final build. Thanks for the feedback.

The game is really fun. The idea of spinning the roulette wheel and increasing your odds as you level up is a clever mechanic that fits the theme really well. The art is beautiful too.

I know it's hard to add everything during a game jam, but if you decide to keep developing the project, I think it would be awesome to add an upgrade system where collecting duplicate copies of the same spell makes it stronger. Maybe placing matching spells next to each other on the roulette wheel could also increase their power, or even merge them into a stronger version when you have four of the same spell side by side. Just an idea! I also think adding more enemy variety would make the game even better.

Congratulations on a great game!

A Spin Roguelike where you use your enemies to your advantage.

A very creative game with excellent puzzles. It's impressive that they were designed and implemented in such a short game jam. It turned out really well. Congratulations!

Let's comment and play the games to get better feedback, I just ask that you do the same.

The game was really fun, a Metroidvania for a game jam is impressive. I had difficulty because there was a glitched rope and I couldn't identify that there was a rope there, and the commands that appeared took me a while to figure out what to do with them. A musical note symbol would have helped. Apart from that, the game is very well done, congratulations.

Hi. I'd appreciate if you told us what you think of our game.  https://lead-sheathed-cable.itch.io/ringbound

There are some mechanics that I haven't explained in the game, but I go into them in depth in the page's description, if you want to check it out

Thanks for your comment! Too many enemies in the earlier battles is one of the major complaints we're getting. We opted against it due to the fact that lesser enemies was making the line up harder, as we have no guarantee that lining up all the enemies will be possible every time, but we see now it probably wasn't the right idea. Thanks for your feedback.

The idea is amazing and very well thought out. It was a little difficult to understand at first, but once you get into it, it's really enjoyable. If you keep developing it, I think it could become something even better. Great job!

Simple, fun, and very well thought out. Great job!

The idea was really well thought out and fit the theme perfectly. I had some really bad RNG during the red segment, but it was still a lot of fun. Great job!

I liked the idea. I know game jams are short, so with a bit more polish and some animations, I think the game could become even better. Great job!
