thank you so much for this thoughtful review and for playing to the end.

good catch!

controls are very odd on keyboard, and it takes forever to retry. the visual style is very fun

That's intended; it's a time loop game! Thanks for playing!

fun idea. really like the art and the music is creepy.

Really cool idea. The pixel art is excellent and there's a ton of really good music. Also, that intro cutscene is really well done. The game (seems to) move you back to where you were when the last time abberation hit, like it's cycling you through each of the places you've been (and adding new ones), so you're sort of playing multiple playthroughs at once. If that's the case, it's a really cool mechanic you could expand on.
Platforming is pretty unforgiving with no coyote time, and combat is difficult because of the lack of hitstun/cam shake/visual indicators you've been hit or have hit the enemy.

Awesome!

fun movement mechanics. great idea to have the high jump move you backwards, requiring some technique to be useful.

really fun! i wish the fire rate was higher because there are parts where you just cannot break the boxes fast enough, but i got better over time. that first enemy is very hard. i thought i hit him quite a few times but he wouldn't die...

anyway, fun game. i like the dizzyingly fast parallax effect of the leaves around the border.

The music is great and the game looks excellent. The card animations are really nice.

feels nice when the voxel slides into place between other voxels!

This game looks awesome but I can't get it to run on Firefox or Chrome :(

so sick

the guy's text boxes are showing up behind his head so can't read them
