The timer does do stuff. Not a whole lot of stuff, but it still does stuff.

Thank you! The biggest drawback is definitely the lack of interesting, unique mechanics. That's a direct result of me trying to work with a simple, familiar idea, since this was my first jam. I appreciate the compliment on the balance; that ended up being a specific focus, and it's far from perfect but I think I dialed it in as much as I could in a couple days.

Not a bug! When the timer goes negative, you enter an "overtime mode," where you move faster and do more damage, but it drains your health. Although, I don't communicate that to the player very well.

Movement is surprisingly satisfying. I love the interpretation of the theme being the next step beyond "timer in the corner; you lose when it runs out." Art style is polished and consistent. Legitimately fun.

The glide/wallstick mechanic is a pretty good idea. Level design generally shows thoughtfulness. The timer is very forgiving, and I never ran out of time; I think the timer refills could more sparse. Pixel art and color schemes are awesome.

Everything being physics objects that you have to chase down with the mouse is loads of fun. I love all the details the drones can have. The lack of a penalty for guessing wrong does mean you don't have to really play the game, but that's a minor thing that can be fixed. Tons of fun overall.
