This game definitely has a sense of humor! It's pretty well done, combined with the gameplay it makes for a pretty silly experience. I also think using the sound design is a good base to possibly make better sounds later games, so hopefully you keep that up! And good job on utilizing on the theming!

This is a cool shooter! I really like the detail of the menu music dropping off and transition into the other song. The special attacks are also pretty fun! My only problem is the amount of enemies on screen make my poor computer want to blow up :( But I enjoyed what I could see before that happened!
Congrats for finishing for first jam! I think the idea is pretty good and executed well! If everything was a bit faster, I think this would make for a perfect boss fight. The controls are very responsive, and the test menu is pretty interesting. The attack and wind up are conveyed well enough for someone to understand. And the pillars do their job well. My only real problem is make sure you keep the theming in mind if there is one... I can't see the connection to death being an opportunity here. But if you have a reason, I'd love to hear it! Overall good job! Hopefully you keep making and learn lots about video games!!!
Interesting, very interesting! I think the death mechanic matches the theme pretty well. I'm satisfied that falling off the edge doesn't give you a game over. And I like the distortion of the sound effects to give it a good separation of areas along with the change of color scheme. Overall good job!
This game has a strong flow of gameplay and visuals. The music was a bit of an odd choice when I first listened but then I got sucked into the world finding myself drifting into its song. Thinking with the puzzle made it such a vibe. I think you have something special and I hope you keep using it to make better games. Thank you for joining this jam!
I'm stunned! There's fun and thematically consistent gameplay, the art and sounds build a wonderful atmosphere and the puzzles and the little bunnies are awesome! I hope that this inspires lots more like it because all it's missing is more! And I can't think of anything else to say but thank you for making this!
I think your pixel art is very charming! It also has very well done puzzle design and utilizing the death felt very intentional! I enjoyed trying to figure out the puzzle, but then I felt like I had to wait abit to actually feel like I got the solution right! If the ghost were a bit faster a steam release wouldn't be too far off in my mind ;)
This game has some interesting concepts! I love the art, and the angle of the actual playfield is very cool, especially combined with the 2D art. It's very unique! The shooting mechanic combined with the enemy movement is awesome! I feel like the melee simplifies the gameplay compared to the business cards. They keep the flow of the game moving. I think you can use these ideas to make something superb!
Hi there! I'm a writer and my artist friend are looking for a programmer who's familiar unity 3D . I've tried to work on this part myself, I am too inexperienced to do such a thing. I plan to check up with you once a week as to have some consistency. If you want I can check in more or less if you want.
Some of the work that you can expect to do is:
making a dialogue system, creating flags to progress the story and small events, making certain static areas with point and click elements etc. If you've ever played Danganronpa it's much easier to visualize, but if you don't I will go more into depth.
I am willing to go at your pace sine my understanding is less than average. If you have any interest or questions Dm me!

Hey I'm Lambert and I have this idea I've been working on, it's a story about a guy who's infatuated with manga and a girl who's trying to get his attention. Of course there's more to it than that, but that's just the elevator pitch. Sadly, it's unpaid because I am new to writing and have no previous story that I can sustain off of. If this does become something that I like and you do too, we can figure out something!
Sample of the story:
Ahhhhhhh! He's starting to stare into my eyes... I don't know if I can take this for much longer. I'm going to die from embarrassment! What do I do? He comes up closer to me and my mind snaps.
"I-"
He cuts me off before I can even get my words out.
"How could you not understand what's so good about romance mangas!"
"Huh...?"
He starts to blabber on and on about why his stupid manga is better than me. Of course. What? Did I expect any better out of him, no! He's just the same as before. My embarrassment is overshadowed by my fueling anger that I expected more out of him!
"I- I can't believe you!"

What was that all about...? Hmph. Fine I'll just enjoy manga by myself. So, I do exactly that for the rest of school. My friends and I leave once school is over. They want to walk back home with me. As we're walking back... Sara calls from behind. She has a look on her face that yells that she's ready to beat anything that life throws at her. She points at me and yells from where she is.
"I'm going to make you normal!"
I tilt my head wondering what she means by that.
