Changed player dash values and changed dash to all six directions

Changed player speed values and added transition instead of directly teleporting player to desired tile

Dash is delayed by a cycle if shift is pressed before A or D

For the next version the Movement system's implementation has been reworked again, also reworked the input system a bit but it still has to be reworked a lot more to actually be usable.

It has been changed so you cannot move while dashing, dash will be meant for avoiding enemies, not travel, but there is still gonna be a way to use dash to travel faster, which will be nerfed later on by having a stamina for dashing so you cannot dash continuously.

Finally make a HexTilePalette and some HexTiles, rework the way the grids are implemented to be in 100 tile by 100 tile chunks so There can always be loaded only 9 chunks so the chunks around the chunk the player is in unless special functions require otherwise. This should make it possible to have the mostly open world I want to make.
I will be adding the Object, Entity and Projectile classes in.
I will be making an Example shooting mechanic with some example enemies.

This Version will include a basic version of a UI.
