oh that's a good point about the buffer! Thanks for the feedback!

Haha yes, Chouchous always was the other thing sold on the beach! This game was completely inspired by our summer vacations as children :D

I get the frustrating part about losing money. My reasoning there was, that you could kind of cheese your way to extra money if you dont give back change at the end of a shift

Thanks for the nice words and for playing on stream! And don't listen to your boss, you did great! :D

So glad to hear that you enjoyed the math stuff in it!

We really tried to balance it so that the calculations don't become all you have to worry about. Initially we also had 10 and 20 cent coins and one of the beignets cost 2,30€, but that turned out to be not really fun for a smooth gameplay loop

Thanks for the nice feedback, it means a lot! Glad you enjoyed it and had a smooth experience :)

Ha, yeah I just had to use that yelling noise when I found it :D

Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree that there's possibilities to add more gameplay depth and maybe I'll get around to it after the jam.

really fun! scrambling to keep stuff on the boat provided some great physical comedy and you feel really good when you manage to flick some loot from the edge back into the boat.

This oozes so much style! Reminded me a bit of "Keep driving" in the best way possible.

Really smooth and comfy flying with great music! I also like the little dialogues that pop up!

I liked the twist in this one. The ending was a comfy touch and I really like the art style.

This was a real fun little VN! The tech support lady made me laugh

The multiplayer components are really impressive and the gameplay loop is fun with friends! Great job on this one!

Good use of the limitation! I could clip some of the doors, so it feels like this could've used a bit more polish. Had a good chuckle at the "waves".

Really great art here and the game is quite polished! Great animations and great sound too. The swimming could feel a bit faster in my opinion.

Good vibes all around! The gimmick got a bit lost for me by simply remembering the orders from the very beginning.
Maybe a way to increase the challenge would be to have the customers name the ingredients in random orders each time?

Very relaxing and very polished! The wave frequency could be faster from the beginning for my taste.

Hi there,

First of all, thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😊

When you don't have the correct Beignet for a customer, you should be able to press the exit sign in the top right to get out of the scene :)

This is a great complete game! Just the right amount of fun challenge and deception!

Challenging in a fun way!

A really clever lil game! Very idyllic and especially the scene on the bench was beautiful.

Looks great, really cool art! I didn't figure out the gameplay though :( None of the orders I did seemed to be right and sometimes plates or glasses just stayed empty.

The jank made it really fun. Had a good chuckle from some of the hats.

Really great cozy lo-fi-vibes! The art is great, but gameplay is a lil undercooked (pardon the pun)

Very cozy lil game. Just wanted to let you know that I found a little bug where the percentage values are not shown at the end of the cooking process.

Really fun dialogue! And probably the best game title in the whole jam, lol

Really cute and wholesome vibe. Loved building the little sandwiches. But yeah, also didn't manage to get a single "mystery" order right.
