This game has the best art I've seen so far in this jam, so professional! The mechanics and the way to interpret the theme are also unique. I'm not sure I fully understood the mechanics, like why THIS and IT sometimes become lower case when I hover over a card and sometimes not. I also have no idea how many Clarity I'll get before I actually playing a card. It would be perfect if the card effects were more obvious.

Thank you for the valuable advice! It took me quite a while just to implement the basic shooting, enemy wave mechanics and make the audio working. I wish I had more time to dig deeper into some more creative mechanics.

Finally solved it! I was stuck on the username and password for quite a while, and had to look up the word "penultimate" to figure out the navigation code. Really impressive to see such an immersive 3D puzzle made in just 4 days, great job!

It's very fun and thrilling! The art is well-polished, and it's interesting to figure out the meanings of different symbols.

Very creative mechanics! Doing aerobatics is cool. Maybe it's better to add a ceiling barrier to prevent player from skipping the obstacles?

Combining MIDI roll with platformer is very creative! When I saw the theme, I also thought of the musical loop. It’s nice to see someone else interpreting it that way.

Made with PICO-8, cool! I played through several level variants by restarting the game, but it's quite hard to clear 5 stages in a row without mushrooms and extra lives.

I learned how to play chess a few months ago, and I really enjoyed this game! I think it has a lot of potential to become a complete game. But there are still some things that affect the experience, like having to walk slowly to the shop and exit after clearing a room, and some enemies overlapping bug. But overall, it was fun to play!

Nice mechanics to convey the theme of loop! It reminds me of The Binding of Isaac. Crushing regular enemies is really satisfying, but I got killed instantly by the boss, which is also kind of Isaac.

Very fun and strategic game! The narrative, artwork and audio are all so good!

Thank you for playing and for leaving the first comment! I'm glad you liked it! :D

Thank you! I played your game too, your music is amazing!

Lol actually you can also hold down to fire continuously. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll pay attention to sound balance and pattern variety next time!

Thanks for playing! Yes the timing of the notes is intentionally synced with the beat, otherwise it would sound chaotic. The treble and bass clefs on the enemies do indicate different pitch ranges, and the final boss plays both high and low range. By the way enemies with blue stripes have a small chance of playing a blue note.

Cooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for playing!!

Nice idea that fits the theme! Maybe lowering the air deceleration could make the character control easier, the current character movement makes it difficult to land on the intended position.

Thank you for playing! The game has a reset button 'R' which will restart the entire level, and I think adding an undo button is a great idea, but it's difficult for me to implement that in the limited time frame. I'll try to add that in a future update.

Thank you for playing! :D

Very challenging and fun game! The mechanism of passing through borders is interesting. And level 20 is really tricky.

Nice character art! I found that by dragging the square and making it stick to the wall or the ground, I can stop them from rotating, which makes the game much easier.

Thank you for the feedback! This is my first attempt at publishing a game on a webpage. I created a 1080p build, assuming it would automatically resize, but it didn't. Perhaps I should advise players to zoom the page before starting the game.

Nice music and puzzles! And the interpretation of the theme is very unique.
