I love the gameplay its super fun and i enjoy the speed at which the player moves making the attacks feel like they have some kick! My only recommendations are some sound additions, and since you're using Godot I suggest using mouse_mode.captured() so that the mouse can stay within the window. I found my mouse stops at the end of the screen preventing my player from moving more.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback. Some of my friends whove played have given me the same suggestion to save the direction, so ill be sure to implement that.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback, it really means a lot. I am also studying modern physics right now and its really interesting to me and its how i got the idea for this game, so I'm glad somebody else resonates with that.

I love the mechanic presented here! It was a little confusing at first, but once i got a hold of it i see the potential. so many uses for obstacles and such!

I absolutely love this interpretation of the theme especially as someone who loves math. The only suggestions i have for refinement are especially when the wavefunction has a high frequency it gets hard to tell how close you are perhaps making the wave overlap would help that, but then again that might make it too easy.

Gameplay starts off a little slow which is understandable because after the upgrade tree helps alot with that. Graphics are great. i have no suggestions to change this game.

I love the point and click mechanic of this game makes it enjoyable for casual gamers like myself. I like the music choice. Only comments i have are to say at the begining to get to the next level by reaching the open water at the bottom of the screen, i found myself stuck for a hot minute and lastly some refinement on the textures i noticed a lot of sprites could use a transparent background and some tiles were messed up (i think). overall though good game.

I like the gameplay, possibly some refinement needed especially when it comes to the art. I noticed much didnt match, which is ok as this is a game jam and time restriction was present. I felt the keys were a bit hard to figure out for the most part perhaps making jump up rather than "p".

I like the style of the game, has some refinement to do on the visual side, other than that a great game. Only issue i had with gameplay was that it felt very hard to hit the small targets right off the bat made it really challenging. I really like the dialogue system too.

I love the visuals and sound choice in this game. I really love how it looks like a retro arcade game. Gameplay is great, but gets a little repetitive which is ok since this is a game jam with limited time to make it longer but overall great job i love it.

Ahh that helps, ill fix that right away. Thank you for the clarification!

Thanks for letting me know ill fix this once the judging ends!

I love the game, only suggestion as someone else mentioned was the delay. I think its caused by making the change in direction when the player releases the click rather than presses the click. Either way great game, i could see myself wasting my class time trying to beat my high scores!

I really like your game. It feels really polished and i never encountered any bugs, I like how you've added a bit of story to this game as well. the gameplay loop is good and i could get stuck in it for a bit. Overall great game and could get better with more development to upgrades in the future!

I'm glad you enjoy the game, as for the music ill fix that once the judging phase is over and as for the fuel running out, I believe that wasn't a bug. I made it difficult to reach the next fuel tank while in a rush for time after the button gets pressed. If it is not due to that could you be a little more specific about the fuel bug and ill add that to the list to fix!

Thank you for enjoying the game despite the bugs, the flamethrower does have particles it just had a problem when exporting as a html i think its because i used a gpuparticlesystem node in Godot to create the effect and it could be too demanding, once the judging of the jam is over ill be sure to change that! Thank you for pointing out the music, i will also fix that. I play tested all the levels to make sure they were completable, i purposefully made them really hard because there are so few of them.

Thank you for the critique!

does it happen when you first click on the first level? If so it’s because of the particles they are having trouble on the browser. Try reloading the page and it may fix it.

Great game! only comment is it just ramps up in difficulty too fast to a pint that feels impossible
