Is it normal that after installing Android version 0.4.1, the game itself says that the version is 0.4.0?

If one of the girls has a red and crossed-out story, will this somehow affect my future relationship with her or will I just not see one scene with her?

Above the Development log inscription there are buttons for installing the game, the current version is 0.7.

As I understand it, if I want to install a new version, I will have to delete the old one and start the game again?
