Cool pixel art and concept! Although i kinda got confused on how to win the game.

I see the potential in this game but I had some issues playing it.
The slinging around planets and blackholes was fun but it was hard to predict where the anchor points were or what was attachable. A visual distinction like a bright glow or color distinction would've made a big difference.
A little bit more polish and intuitive controls would make it way more enjoyable.
I managed to spend quite some time on you game and really wanted to figure it out.
So don't stop! Great work!
As I was slowly running out of time I had a PTSD about the few hours before my jam submission. The countdown effect in this one is tense!
Such a clever interpretation of the theme.
I also loved the retro desktop aesthetic. The pixel art, music, and overall presentation were full of charm and made the whole experience really enjoyable.
Great work, and best of luck in the jam! 🏂🎮✨
🎮 Thanks again to everyone who’s been playing and leaving feedback. It has genuinely been shaping the direction of the game.
If you’d like to follow development after the GMTK Jam, I’ve created a Discord where I’ll be sharing updates, bug fixes, and new features as they’re implemented.
I’d also love to keep hearing your ideas as the game evolves!

Thanks a lot for playing! I’m really glad you enjoyed the sound and visual effects. 😄
I completely agree with you on adding more roguelike elements to give players more meaningful progression between runs. That’s definitely now on my list for future updates.
When you do decide to come back and give it another shot, bug fixes will have been rolled out, and I’ll be continuing to add new features including the roguelike elements you suggested.
Thanks again for the kind words and for seeing the potential in my game. It really means a lot! 🏂🎮✨
I love the idea! Took few tries to launch my rocket but it was quite satisfying. Kinda reminds me of Kerbal Space Program
I see a lot of potential in this game. Especially if you implement the upgrade system where can modify each each rocket component. Would make a nice rogue like.
It was nice playing your game. Great work!
This has to be one of the coziest games I’ve played in the jam so far. I honestly can’t believe you managed to pull something this polished together in such a short amount of time.
I spent way more time than I probably should have just exploring the island, and collecting trash before throwing it into the trash shredder was so satisfying!
The atmosphere, art style, sound design, and overall pacing made it such a relaxing experience. It was the perfect game to unwind with after playing a bunch of more intense jam entries.
Great work! I can definitely see myself coming back to this one even after the jam. Best of luck! 🏂🎮✨
Really enjoyed this one! The arena setting immediately pulled me in, and the opening cutscene with the voice-acted announcer did a fantastic job onboarding the player. "A confused player is a boring player." I think the game really lives up to that.
I also liked how every ability is tied to its own countdown while the player's only direct control is movement. It's a simple idea that creates surprisingly engaging gameplay, and honestly, it's really impressive for a game jam project.
The only thing that caught me off guard at first was the upgrade system. It took me a little while to figure out how it worked, but once it clicked, it made sense.
I may have fallen off the arena a few more times than I'd like to admit 😂, but I still managed to make it to Round 3 and had a great time. The whole arena-show presentation, combined with the announcer and the plot twist at the end, gives the game a lot of personality.
I can definitely see the potential for this to grow into a really fun arena survival game.
Great work, and best of luck in the jam! 🎉
Thanks a lot for playing! I’m really glad you enjoyed the combat, visuals, and audio. 😄
I hadn't considered that players could safely camp in the corner for so long, so I'll definitely be looking at ways to discourage that while rebalancing the combat and difficulty scaling in an upcoming update.
And yes, an upgrade system is definitely planned! I had a lot more ideas that didn’t make it into the jam build, so I’m looking forward to expanding the game over the coming updates.
Thanks again for the feedback and for seeing the potential in it. It really means a lot! ⛷️🎮✨
Thank you so much! I'm really happy to hear the visuals and audio came together well. That satisfying gameplay loop was exactly what I was aiming for, so hearing you'd happily play it for hours honestly means a lot. 😄
And I completely agree about the difficulty. Balancing was one of the last things I had time for before the deadline, and I definitely ended up making it a bit too forgiving. I'll be tuning that up in a post-jam update.
Thanks again for taking the time to play and leave a feedback! ⛷️🎮✨
