Well made. The art and the music are satisfying. Characters are cute, and the transition of music when climbing out of the cave felt really cozy. The level design requires some refinement, as the colliders of hazards are not very clear, and the jumping height for the player is inconsistent.

It's a nice game. The pace between puzzles and battles is well managed. The puzzles are fun and took me a few tries to solve; I'd love to see more. I can see you are trying to make a more "harmless" game by having no hitpoints and only dodging actions. I wish to see more challenging levels. Overall, this is a fine-made game!
absolutely! You can check our studio at https://11wstudio.carrd.co/. It's just the two of us, both graduates from NYU Game Center. our previous project ManTaoFu is also on itch at https://kiseki1911.itch.io/mantaofu.
Thanks for playing, it's chongque (the programmer) responding. It's our first time trying to make a turn based battle and clearly we did not find the balance between hard and easy. I even argued with erek (the artist) about decreasing the difficulty so that players won't rage quit, guess i was wrong about that. We might rework some features (buff some enemies, reduce healing items) later to see if that would make it more playable. Glad you like the artworks and mechanics! Wish to see your comment on steam next time :) (if we really made it there)
sure! The initial idea is totally different to what I end up doing. The asynchronous part is still an important part, but there's also a synchronous feature: you can meet people with the same steps and trade items with them. The items do not contain any battling values, but the notes left by other players. You can also regift the items to other players! The items will show its initial owner's name and maybe it will trade back to you one day. Different backgrounds were also planed so that players can stop by and make paintings of the field and send to other players.
Hi there! Cozy... I guess my game could be counted as cozy? Try it if you wish to! https://kiseki1911.itch.io/journey
Thanks!
Thanks for trying! The goal is... whenever you decide to quit, that's the goal. You see, I wished to make a metaphor of people trying hard to do something. For me, making games is the journey that I'm taking on: I kept making and learning about it, just like every step I took along this journey. And right here your post, those tutorial videos, or whatever people I met during me making games, are the notes along this journey. Is there a goal? Well, maybe those milestones are reached when I launch my games, when they are sold well and even won awards, but will I stop making games when I hit those achievements? I say I won't, and I wish it never ends. Hope you get what I mean after the explanation!
Hi stranger! https://kiseki1911.itch.io/journey is the asynchronous game I made within 1 day before the jam ends. I wish you can try it and become part of the experiences for future players! As an exchange I will also play your game and give feedbacks!
Special thanks to @iantyf, I stole his google sheet database strategy. The following link is his tutorial on how to use it.

Thank you for liking my duck. When you close both of your wings while losing altitude, the duck will dive down and accelerate. You can try to open the wings before it hits the ground and glide with SPEED(I got really satisfied with this)! Also, if you stand still on the ground for 2 seconds, you can hear the duck croaks. Have fun!
