honestly even with therium route i felt like there are more shadow cardinals out there of varying magnitudes and all with different agendas

i love your work so much, even though there are things i would have loved to be different in narration (no offense)

i love all the little things and hint you spray all throughout your story and how you strive to perfect it

honestly, i even love aiden's route despite or maybe because of it's imperfection, it's like a first dip of your toes in the story and lore (my first route actually) where you scramble all the hints for what will be going on. and i know you would make it better still and our splitboy will become as horny as he deserves

but, and spoilers here

goddamnit, alvy route end was so much.. I'm not trying to say you did wrong or anything, it's just.. i felt so loved during it, so happy, you made it perfect little love story.. and then deus ex machina it ended like that.. it's like I've been gutted all over the floor.....

im so sad for what alvy could get,the potential,never realized in the next instance (or parrallel unverse idk) of the story,for cody not remembering any of it (actually i won't be surprised he will remember all the potential routes down the line considering THEY saw it), the cruelty of it all

idk, i had a friend like that (not sure if i was a good friend) and that's unnerving and you try to distance yourself otherwise you risk driving yourself into the abyss or something

anyway, for me Val's route was the most dreadful and scary and soul rending. this desperation just seeps through you.... 

also the epilogue is ingenious but i can't place my finger on it or it's creation. it kinda takes you out of a picture, as if you take one more step from "reality"

not sure if someone mentioned it but while routing for Rune on the way to the teahouse (3day) he still says about having no luck with his project even though you already helped him get it right

anyone ever butchered scripts whether drinking while playing on a second day changes anything and if positive then in which routes?

i wonder if you could get to know multiple guys closer and not fuck with them (at least not necessarily) but i guess we can only find that out once the story will be fully released

but guuuuys, there are lots of them who are miserable and i want to save all of them 

i get it, the story goes only for 7 days so usually you stuck deep into someone's route and can't spare much time for others and that's a bit sad

for me it was weird that whether you romance him or befriend him comes from a choice to drink or not to drink, and if you drink you automatically suck him off later that night. but if you don't drink there is basically no romance, just two friends hugging in an underwear, providing physical touch to each other which is great

i still like this route personally

i personally don't think Klaus drugged him. 1) it was Dan who said the phrase about tomatoes (if i remember it correctly) 2) there was a pov of Klaus and no sign of it there 3) then why did Klaus drug only him and how

and it's not like Arvo experienced what Klaus expected from this ritual. Arvo was reliving his regretful behavior back in the middle school being in a trance state. Well, maybe we can interpret this as him seeing a ghost of his past. So i don't think there is any hottake about magic itself

also we do not know how close to the true story this vision was. in his dream about the big floof an image of Mikko saying "you don't need to pretend like you care about me" basically haunted him

I think that Klaus' route may be a lot about Arvo recollecting his story with mikko, which has traumatized them both, not only Mikko. i didn't take a route for Mikko yet, but it seemed to me like Arvo still hasn't processed their past, so Klaus' route may be a great opportunity to do it on his own

Like i said earlier,i don't think Arvo was drugged and it was more of his own thing. Rather, i contemplate even more now about Arvo as the mc, his dreams and other visions. the more i play dawn chorus the more i cannot draw a line between author's ways to immerse us into character and uniqueness of Arvo. over time i lean towards the second more and more, maybe Arvo has some type of hypersensitivity, coming derealizations or even psychological condition. because that's some abnormal process of cognition from the start

the fact that all the other characters leave a huge impact on his subconscious is certain, even though we are the only ones who remember all of his dreams possible

but it's most likely my own fantasy. with all due respect to the author there are always gaps in narrative which we can fill with our own ideas and connections

uwuu Devon is the best, i love this man (if only he had his own unique arts, because art of him being in a sauna cringes me moderately) 

about Arvo being a dick, you mean him obsessing over Klaus literally the whole day and not paying any attention to his new friends? or are you talking just about dialogue option for Mikko? yeah, that was quite unnerving

try to choose following Klaus in the afternoon of the first day and then choose Bjorn to stay with, the cat will appear and you can follow him

you see Klaus getting into the woods right after supper and decide to run after him. after clearing some of the misunderstandings you arrive at the meadow, to an old grave (with a plate "i walk with a ghosts"). later you can choose to stay at Klaus' instead and if you do become obsessed with him, really. Later you visit Dan with Klaus and he suggests performing some kind of a ritual with evocations in a low deep voice. Klaus wants there to be something beyond our realm so he strives to find it everywhere, this time through low frequencies of sound and our company in a cabin in the woods. he believes he can raise a curtain of this world and find something else, maybe he can even draw ghosts nearby and communicate with them.  So during this unfamiliar experience Arvo starts to lose his mind, seeing things
