There's a option to turn off minigames, in the settings menu!

Dear itch.io team,

My name is Yano, and I’m writing on behalf of Kintsugi Digital. On June 27th, we published a new version of our game A New Place, as part of our regular update and maintenance process.

However, since then, we’ve noticed that the game is no longer appearing in the public sections of the platform, such as “Most Recent” or “New & Popular.” This absence has significantly affected the visibility of the title.

We’d like to understand if there is any kind of moderation or internal process that might explain this change in how the game is being indexed. We’re available to provide any additional information if needed.

We appreciate your attention and the excellent work you do.

Sincerely,
Kintsugi Digital

Recently, we were surprised to find that our pages are no longer being indexed. This has severely impacted the distribution and timeline of our project, as the itch.io platform is our main promotional channel through its powerful feed.

Currently, users trying to download our project directly receive a message indicating that the game is in quarantine. We recently made a few minor updates to the page, only to describe the content presented in our game, and nothing more.

We have two open support tickets and have received no response:

We have been waiting for a response for 13 days.

We look forward to hearing from you, Best regards, Kintsugi Digital
