In Sanctum 2 near the entrance to the cave (floor 1) there is a fragment that I can't seem to get. Help?

Edit: I am also missing one from sanctum 2 outer forest, the one on the other side of a waterfall.

The whisky scene be like:
May: Good lord, what is happening in there!?
Catherine: My brewery.
May: Your brewery, in this economy, within one month of moving in, on a rooftop, localized entirely within your bar?
Catherine: Yes.
May: May I see it?
Catherine: No

Okay, in the act 1 forest, I am 90% sure there is a follow up secret to the cave. Something about West-South  South-South North-South  North-Middle.

Help?

Don't give the professor any information and keep Malo in her cage. 

I died during the slime boss which caused me to get soft lock.

I got hit by an attack twice in the same attack, died and got two fragments.

Now, I am stuck in a pitch black screen only able to open the menu but none of the menu options do anything.

If there is a way to fix this, please tell me because I haven't been saving and don't want to go through 15 days again.

Interacting with the necklace immediately after interacting with the mirror appears to cause a soft-lock.

I didn't know that this game doesn't auto save.

THE PAIN. I just wanted to know what would happen.

If you click on main character during their bomb throwing animation, you can move again.
