Thanks for the feedback and kind words. The game may be more linear than other adventure books, if that's what you're referring to, I can see the problem and I'll take it into account if I ever continue with the game. For the art, I only had time to do some for the different endings, so I'll also try to add more for other scenes.

I don't really understand how the story and gameplay connect, but both show promise. The story seems interesting and you have a very unique way of telling it, although I would've like more context as to why it suddenly changes to doing puzzles.
The puzzles, are interesting and a good concept to work on, although the controls were unintuitive due to how the camera is displayed. I often found myself pressing the wrong button and going in a direction I didn't want to and with this type of puzzle, that means a restart, which is a bit frustrating, maybe an undo button would help too.
At the end of the day, good concept, I want to see how it evolves.
I really liked the concept, although with how it works, the DP seem unnecessary when you could just have each unit get a cooldown when they're eliminated.
I'd also love to have the out of combat animations play somewhere easier to watch and maybe having a gallery to watch them outside of the game could be interesting too, but that being said, I liked it.
I liked the other game that you mentioned and having a different perspective was very refreshing and cool. Overall the combat doesn't feel bad, but the throwing trident attack becomes the best option with the enemy's ignoring you or being so far away that they can't reach you in time and even if they do you have an attack to push them back.
The boss fight is very interesting, although being able to one-shot a tentacle with a heavy attack makes it very easy to just spam that and never take damage.
The art is amazing and very high quality and is ver consistent, being all underwater-themed.
Overall, a fun little experience with a nice final animation as a reward. ^w^
